TheGoodTourist
is selling E-guides through Internet to individuals and
companies all over the world. We make reservations for
any errors in the article information and we reserve us
the right to change prices without notice. A carried through
order means that you approve to our Terms & Conditions
and agree that your personal details is registered in
our customer record. None of our customers’ details
will ever be used for any other purpose than for our purchase
agreement. If you wish to purchase any of the guides on
this site, you must submit a completed order form. Your
order will not be accepted unless you place us in a position
of being able to receive full payment for your order at
the time we accept it. Please note, that we need to pass
on your contact details to third parties to fulfil your
order. We co-operate with Click & Buy which is a world
leading payment system on Internet and they will secure
your personal details as well as your payment using SSL
technology to encrypt all data transferred over the Internet.
The
terms of the contract between you and us will comprise
these terms, amended by us from time to time, and the
prices and other relevant information about the products
published by us on this site at the time the contract
is formed. We reserve the right to change these terms
at our discretion. We agree to ensure that a note of the
date and clause number of any such changes will be included
as part of these terms. Any changes will be posted to
this site and it is your responsibility to ensure that
you are aware of any such changes. Changes will become
effective 24 hours after first posting and you will be
deemed to have accepted any change if you continue to
shop on this site after that time.
RECLAIM

reclaim a defect product we ask you to contact us at
info@thegoodtourist.com.
Notice that the right to regret – to have a cooling-off-week
- doesn’t exist for downloaded E-books, as these
because of their quality can’t be returned.
GOVERNING
LAW
These
terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance
with, Swedish law, and any disputes that may arise under
or in relation to these terms shall be subject to the
jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
